Vienna’s 2015 ‘Music on the Waterfront Series’ Free Summer Concerts Series
The ‘Vienna Arts & Music Council‘ is sponsoring ‘Music on the Waterfront Series’ which is part of the ‘Music on the Nanticoke Free Summer Concert Series’.
‘Music on the Nanticoke’ Summer Concert Series
All concerts are free and open to the public. No tickets required.
Each event are scheduled for 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm with featured bands performing at the gazebo, every other month on the 3rd Saturday EXCEPT for September due to the 23nd Annual Nause-Waiwash American Indian Festival.
Seating is on the lawn so be sure to bring a chair or blanket. Concessions are available through the Vienna Volunteer Fire Company although many choose to bring a picnic.
Spend the day exploring by land or by sea. The Nanticoke river is beautiful and the town of Vienna is providing free parking and boat dockage for this event!
Saturday, May 16th - ‘Second Wind’
The first concert was held Saturday, May 16th, on Water Street featuring the ‘Second Wind‘.

Saturday, July 18th - ‘US Navy Electric Brigade’
The US Navy Electric Brigade (EB) performance was greatly appreciated by all our attendees during last year Waterfront Series, the Navy’s premier popular music group, has accepted the invitation to return for this years free concert series on the Nanticoke River.
the Electric Brigade (EB) has been entertaining audiences around the world since 1979. Acting as the United States Naval Academy’s musical ambassadors to the nation.
With its unique brand of high-energy performance, this elite group has set the standard in popular-music entertainment for United States Navy Bands all over the world.

Electric Brigade’s repertoire has grown to include the most current and popular music, as well as rhythm and blues, dance, Motown, classic rock, modern rock, soul, hip-hop, swing, country, and disco. The group excels at reaching young adults, but appeals to all audiences. EB is well-suited for performances at high schools and colleges, state and county fairs, art festivals, and community concerts.

September 26th - ‘The Winstons’
Once again, due to a great performance last year, The Winstons have accepted Vienna’s invitation to come back to Vienna to share their Motown and Soul with the public. Playing all the favorites you’ll go down memory lane with The Winstons performing classic hits such as ‘Baby I Need Your Loving’, ‘Get Ready’ and ‘Billie Jean’.
